Their customer service is pretty weak and they won't give you a refund, even if you just purchased it a day ago and never touched their program. Total scam!!!

Unreliable Service:
- fails to meet deadlines for their clients
- makes invitations and then breaks agreements with partners, not compensating for intellectual property
- outsources professional services to a connected company that charges exorbitant fees for their services, especially given the quality of the product delivered.

The platform itself is quite restricted and not very stable.

I attempted to create an app using their service. All the plugins they promote, they can't actually develop. They won't give a refund, even after their incompetent team admits they have no clue how to create what they claim. TOTAL SCAM, STAY AWAY!

We tried using Shoutem for an event, and let me tell you, the whole experience from setup to testing and then using it on the actual day was super frustrating. The product is riddled with issues (like character limits on the wall, message timing problems, not being able to view members, and the list just keeps going) and on the event day, it completely crashed. We were left staring at a blank screen, and nobody could access it. Even now, two days later, it's still down, and there's been zero support or assistance. Seriously, don’t bother with this.

Shoutem offers an awesome and handy service. I had to whip up a prototype app for a client presentation, and I managed to get it done in just 2 days with Shoutem's help. The client was really impressed! There was just one tiny hiccup (not a huge issue), but if you could speed up the distribution time for the APK file for Android devices, that would be fantastic. Other than that, everything's been great! I reached out to the team about the wait time, and their response was super quick—totally impressive. I mentioned how urgent I needed the APK file, and they got back to me within the hour. Big thanks to Shoutem!

We were able to enhance our mobile application without breaking the bank thanks to this app. Our goal was to build a community for our conferences, something our old app just couldn't handle (and we weren't ready to shell out for a Double Dutch kind of platform). This app made it happen and got a great response from both our attendees and volunteer leaders.

Submission process could use some speed (minor concern). Deep linking feature is missing (could be a big deal). Not every string is translatable (a significant problem). Can't change the color of the status bar (a big issue). Sharing news is not possible (a serious drawback).

The refusal to address issues 2 to 4 is tough to swallow.
